Like many of you, we are figuring out what to do on a day by day basis. In all of our years in business we have never closed our doors for an extended period of time. One of the reasons for this has always been our loyal employees and the need to keep them working. However, these are unprecedented times and as such they call for unprecedented measures. To that end, effective immediately, we will be going to appointment only in our retail store located at 81 Broadway in Kingston, NY. We would love to see you there. Just call or text 845.383.0712 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will set it up. We have continually sanitized the store for your protection.
We will be offering free delivery within 50 miles and free shipping on many items when delivery isn’t available. We will also have a curbside pickup option. And we're introducing Milne Gift Cards as well.
For now, our production facility and design studio will remain open by appointment as usual. This is the best way we can think of to keep our employees working right now as well as our commitment to current client projects. That said, please do expect delays as many of our suppliers are closed indefinitely.
We will continue to follow guidance on both a state and federal level and make changes as necessary for the safety and well being of our staff and clients.
